Flawless claim process and scheduling of work.
Basic claim for cracked windshield. Flawless claim process and scheduling of work. Unfortunately this replacement had to be done “in shop” and the closest shop is in Centerville. No fault of the agency.

I am very pleased with the service I received.
I’ve had vandalism to my car twice recently. I called Royal Crest Agency and talked with a lady who works there. I wish I remembered her name. I explained the circumstances (each time) and she listened. She knew what to do and she did it both times. She was knowledgeable and professional. The transaction was resolved quickly. I am very pleased with the service I received.
