Lois M. Cox has been in the insurance industry for 19 years and part of the Royal Crest organization for a similar amount of time. She is the Vice-President of the Royal Crest Marketing, Inc. d/b/a Royal Crest Agency. Her duties include accounting, office management, data management, customer service, claim management and sales. She is licensed in Ohio.
Lois has been married to, Phil, for 36 years. She has two sons and two grandchildren.
Family, church activities, volunteering at Dayton Children’s Hospital in the Neonatal Unit, community volunteering, and serving in the role of “coach” for the variety of athletic activities her family participates in are activities she enjoys.
Being called grandmother is one of her proudest accomplishments. Her favorite saying is, “Make a difference in someone’s life today and even the small things can be the most important ones to another person.”
Hobbies are: reading, volunteering, walking, crocheting and piano
